Honorary Membership
The SMACKOBA Committee has the authority to confer honorary membership upon individuals who, in their esteemed opinion, have achieved any of the following:
- a) Rendered outstanding service to the Association or the College;
- b) Contributed significantly towards the achievement of any or all of the objectives of the Association;
- c) Made substantial financial or other contributions to the Association.
An Honorary Member is entitled to attend meetings and participate in the activities of the Association. However, they hold no voting privileges and cannot be elected to any position on the Committee.
